One of the big things that makes us different is that we’re not a big operation, and that’s exactly the point. What makes our farm different is the care behind it. We know our animals and their needs. All of them are raised on pasture, moved frequently to fresh grass, and managed in a way that builds soil, improves the land, and produces better food.
